BUILD. MANAGE. SURVIVE. YOU ARE THE CELL. Don't memorise the cell — make it work. Each mission drops you into a living system with a problem. Observe, hypothesise, intervene, and learn why every structure exists. Failure is an experiment.
CellSim teaches cell biology by withholding instructions. Each of its eleven chapters puts students inside a living cell with a problem, working instruments, and no walkthrough — the biology is the solution, so a student who wins a mission has necessarily understood the concept it encodes. This guide explains, chapter by chapter, what that concept is, what students will experience, and how to frame the lesson before and after play. Mission-level answers, costs, and timings live in the companion Teacher Sheet ; this guide is about the teaching.
Teachers can test (free play), assign and purchase games for their classes after signing in.
