Players defend their base from a descending formation of numbered invaders while solving equations displayed at the top of the screen. The correct answer is hidden somewhere within the formation—but reaching it may require destroying other invaders first. Every wrong answer destroyed brings the entire formation one row closer to the base, forcing players to balance calculation, speed and strategy. As the game progresses, equations become more challenging, distractors more convincing and the invasion faster. BASE INVADERS develops mathematical fluency by requiring players to rapidly solve and recognise arithmetic problems during active gameplay. Players practise addition, subtraction, multiplication and division while strengthening mental calculation, number recognition and recall of key number facts.
